I paid but can’t see my tokens
Sign in with the email you used before checkout and open My account. Payment confirmation can take a moment; the account panel refreshes automatically. If access is still missing, keep your payment reference and contact support.
How do I cancel Unlimited?
Open My account, choose Cancel subscription renewal and confirm. Future charges stop, and access continues through your paid period.
The video won’t play
Check your connection, tap play and try muting the video. Some browsers block autoplay with sound. If it persists, include the series and episode number when contacting support.
Where are my saved stories?
My list, likes and playback progress are stored in this browser. Paid unlocks and token balances are stored in your signed-in account. Clearing browser data clears the local list and progress.
